I would recommend Will and Jennifer for buying, selling and property management. They have helped me with all three. When I was buying Jennifer kept me in the loop with the ins and out on the buyer side, just as she did years later when I was selling. Once again she kept me up to date with all the ins and outs on the seller side. They are very knowledgeable of all aspects of buying and selling, even the little things that you may not even think about, they get discussed too. When I was renting out my condo they did their due diligence with the application and interview process to find the right tenants. I was never disappointed especially when the tenants moved on and left the condo in the same and at time better condition then when they moved in.
